RLS was established as an independent talent booking agency in the late 80s.  In 1993 RLS continued the growth of the company’s services by adding media consulting and event planning and management, successfully organizing and implementing private, public and corporate events.

• Develop, administer, and execute budget requirements for private, corporate, and public events.
• Financial management of events including sponsorship, sales income, and personnel payroll, production and backline, ground support, venue, housing, and catering expenses.
• Supervise support personnel and supervisors to ensure event success.
• Maintain database of local, regional, national, and international artists’ performance fees.
• Negotiate artists’ contracts that encompass performance fee and ‘riders’ which include artists’ backline, production, hotel, meals, travel…
• Establish and coordinate event production requirements including technical personnel, machinery, and equipment.
• Maintain a ZERO incident rating by establishing and employing security requirements as outlined within insured underwriting guidelines.
• Meet and carry out post-event clean up deadlines
• Developed online ticketing system that effectively captured the realized targeted consumer market.
