RLS Productions, LLC - Concerts in the Gardens

A Five Part Concert Series held at Ohme Gardens in Wenatchee Washington

RLS Productions Concerts' in the Gardens, concert series held at Ohme Gardens will continue with the THREE goals established in our first 2014 year.

RLS Productions' Concerts in the Gardens

The 2018 RLS Productions’ Concerts in the Gardens concert series held at Ohme Gardens will continue with the THREE goals established in our first 2014 year.

First, with the support of our Sponsors and Supporters, we began the process of establishing the “Concerts in the Gardens” into a Washington State Regional Brand increasing mid-week tourism outside a 50-mile radius of our Wenatchee Valley and its bedroom communities.

Second, we began laying the foundation for the ability to produce and build a World Class Intimate Concert Series held at Ohme Gardens with Top Notch Artists resulting in increased tourism. With the help of our community sponsors and leaders, we continue to increase our budget in marketing the series increasing local tourism and promotion of our community’s jewel – ‘Ohme Gardens’.  With the help from you, we can increase the strength of our talent booking by bringing in a more diverse group of National and Regional artists.

2017 Scholarship Award

Lastly, we will continue toward building the savings for the $35,000 needed to endow a scholarship for theWenatchee Valley College Foundation with 25% of the net ticket sales.  After the 2017 series, our contributions for the year totaled $12,000. Along with the net ticket sales donation in 2017 other annual contributions were made possible from Dennis and Beth Dobbs, owners of Horan Estates Winery in Cashmere, SanRay Orchards, LLC and The Names Foundation. Over the past four years, with the help of Sponsors, Supporters and out of town guests who are visiting our Wenatchee Valley and Ohme Gardens, we have been able to donate a total of $27,000 to the Wenatchee Valley College Foundation.

To continue with these objectives we are asking for help from civic leaders and forward-thinking businesses, corporations and organizations in our community to help us produce this annual concert series and realize the overall vision.

This is a truly outstanding marketing sponsorship opportunity for either you personally or your business or organization that will help promote you or your business while giving back to the community.

Over the Past Four Years

$27,000 Donated

On October 2, 2017 The Wenatchee Valley College Foundation was the recipient of four contributions generated by the fourth season of RLS Productions’ Concerts in the Gardens, a five-week long summer concert series held throughout July and early August at Ohme Gardens.

We are happy to announce that $12,000 was donated from efforts of 2017 RLS Productions’ Concerts in the Gardens series.  Now at the end of our 4th series year, total donations to the foundation are at $27,000, with $12,000 of that coming in this year.  The endowment account is now at $17,000 and annual scholarship awards totaling $10,000.

We are steadily closing in on the goal of $35,000 for the endowment account while still awarding annual scholarships as well.  All of these efforts come from direct donations, support and tickets sales of this concert series.  Special thanks for the additional donations from Horan Estates Winery, The Names Foundation, and SanRay Orchards adding to the net tickets sales bringing this year’s total donation to $12,000.

We would like thank not only our corporate sponsors but also our
volunteers and individual supporters!

Our 2018 sponsorship proposal is a truly outstanding marketing opportunity to effectively promote your business or organization while giving back to the community.
